JEFFERSON PARISH, LA (WVUE) - A man accused of shooting and critically injuring a Jefferson Parish sheriff's deputy is due in court for a hearing Thursday.
Jarvis Hardy's hearing is set for 10:30 a.m.
In March a grand jury returned a nine-count superseding indictment against Hardy.
He now faces gun, drug, and attempted murder charges in the 2016 shooting of Deputy Stephen Arnold.
Hardy told police he shot through a door at officers because he thought he was being robbed, but officers said they identified themselves before a drug raid.
