Near average temperatures in the low 90s are expected this afternoon under a mix of sun and clouds. A few pop up storms are possible, but most spots will stay dry today.
Deeper moisture moves back in for the weekend bringing a better chance for showers and storms. Highs will likely top out in the upper 80s due to more cloud cover and cooling rain.
We will turn drier again as high pressure builds early next week. Lower rain chances meansslightly hotter temperatures into the lower 90s.
Another frontal boundary will approach the area in the middle to late part of next week, and the chance for storms will once again increase.
The tropics remain extremely quiet across the entire Atlantic Basin.
