  • St. Charles from Julia Street to St. Joseph

  • Julia Street from Camps Street to St. Charles
  • St. Joseph from Camp Street to St. Charles

Cantrell said she is suspending the meters for the convenience of Sewerage and Water Board customers trying to contest or pay their water bills.
