Short term rental hearing will address possible illegal properties

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The city is set to hold hearings Wednesday about some allegedly illegally run short term rentals.
An enforcement hearing is set for 9:00 a.m. with some of the properties in question located in the French Quarter outside the Entertainment District.
The hearing comes as the city council is awaiting results of an ongoing study into the impact short term rentals have.
