The world’s largest snow theme park is now open

(CNN) – It’s a winter wonderland like no other.

The world’s largest snow theme park is now officially open in Harbin, China.

Ice & Snow World opened to the public this week, attracting visitors from around the globe.

The park’s opening kicks off the region’s annual Harbin Ice & Snow Festival, which has been held since 1999.

The festival features winter activities like snow sculptures, ice bars, winter swimming, and dog sledding.

The festival usually lasts until mid-February.
