Joe Burrow headlines Netflix’s ‘Quarterback’ season 2

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Joe Burrow will take center stage in Netflix’s second season of “The Quarterback,” which premieres in July.

The behind-the-scenes NFL documentary will chronicle the 2024-25 season of Burrow, Jared Goff (Detroit Lions), and Kirk Cousins (Atlanta Falcons).

Among the three quarterbacks featured, Burrow battled back from a season-ending wrist injury in 2023, returning in dominant form. He led the league with 4,918 passing yards and 43 touchdowns. He earned the AP Comeback Player of the Year Award.

Despite his individual success, the Bengals fell short of making the playoffs in a competitive AFC.

Goff led the Lions to a deep playoff runs and Cousins struggled through a rocky season with the Falcons after recovering from an Achilles injury.
