Amanda Shaw, Charmaine Neville headline French Quarter Fest

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

The lineup for the annual French Quarter Fest has been announced. 

Popular Louisiana singer and musician Amanda Shaw will be headlining the French Quarter Festival. 

Shaw has mesmerized fans with a musical flair that appeals to all tastes – Cajun, rock and roll blues, funk and more.

Shaw said that she is excited, and that festivals like French Quarter Festival make New Orleans her favorite place to perform. 

Shaw is also featured on the poster for 2018. 

Others performing includes The Honey Island Swamp Band, Big Sam's Funky Nation, Bag of Donuts, Bucktown All Stars, and Charmaine Neville

Charmaine is the daughter of Charles Neville  a member of The Neville Brothers. She is the lead singer of the Charmaine Neville Band, a jazz, funk band.

Festival goers can enjoy food from more than 50 vendors and music from over 1,700 musicians. The French Quarter Fest kicks off April 12th, 2018. 

This year, FQFI is launching a new membership program, The NOLA.com Fest Family Experience.  Members will enjoy a VIP festival experience with an elevated viewing platform on the riverfront, private hospitality area, air-conditioned bathrooms, discounts, memorabilia, and exclusive programming.
